A funding platform with nothing left in the dark

We connect project owners with people who want to put part of their savings into the real economy. Our role stops there: we review, we publish, we collect payments — we do not manage your money and we guarantee no outcome.

A funding platform with nothing left in the dark

Last updated: October 2026

What we check before publishing

Every application goes through the same review, without exception:

  • Legal existence of the applicant and identity of its directors.
  • Coherence of the funding plan: does the amount requested match the stated use?
  • Substance of the commitments presented — contracts, leases, permits, letters of intent.
  • Explicit identification of the risks, which appear on the published page.

This review greatly reduces the risk of fraud. It does not remove economic risk: a serious, well-documented project can still fail.

An investor’s path

  1. Opening an account — name, email address, password. Two minutes.
  2. Confirming the address — a link received by email.
  3. Identity verification — an identity document and a proof of address. Required under anti-money-laundering regulations. Answer within 48 business hours.
  4. Investing — by card or bank transfer, from 100 €.
  5. Following along — progress of the round, maturity, history of movements, from your account.

Fees, plainly

Fees are charged once, on the amount paid, and shown before you confirm. There are no hidden entry fees, no annual management fees and no exit fees.

  • Card payment — 1,5 % + 0,25 € per payment.
  • Bank transfer — free of charge.

The net amount, after fees, is what is actually placed on the project. That is the figure the yield is calculated on.

Exiting before maturity

An investment normally runs to its term. The secondary market nevertheless lets you sell all or part of a position to another investor, at the price you set. Nothing guarantees a buyer will come forward, or at what price: it is a possible exit, not a guarantee of liquidity.

A commission of 2 % is withheld from the seller on the proceeds of the sale.

Referrals

Every account has a referral code. When someone you referred funds a project and that project reaches its target, the referrer acquires a participation in that project — taken from a pool set aside for this purpose and shared in proportion to the amounts contributed. It is neither a cash payment nor a multi-level scheme: one referral, one level, a closed pool.

What we do not do

  • We provide no personalised investment advice.
  • We guarantee neither the capital, nor the yield, nor the timetable.
  • We guarantee no liquidity: selling a position requires a buyer to come forward.
  • We neither sell nor pass on your data to third parties.
